The word “devil” is used to represent evil, except by those who say that evil is good. Those who say that evil is good, would say that good is evil.
The word “evil” means whatever you define it to be. Words always mean what you define them to be.
However, if those to whom you are speaking do not understand the words that you are using, you are probably not speaking their language. So if you want to communicate anything to someone, you have to find out what language they speak, so they will understand you. Therefore if a person defines, evil as good, that person is not going understand what you mean when you speak about that evil devil—especially, if you do not mean that he is a good devil.
Hot Stuff comics are about a little devil. But a good little devil does not exist, except if you like little devils who create mayhem in your life. Hot Stuff is just good at being a little devil.
Actually, there are many people who were fond of Hot Stuff comics. If they knew the truth, they would not be so fond of the heat; especially, when the greatest evil of all time would have to be the absence of water to cool parched lips. Hydration is essential to prevent one’s blood drying up.
- On the last day of the feast, the great day, Jesus stood up and cried out, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, ‘Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.’” (John 7:37-38)
- The Samaritan woman said to him, “How is it that you, a Jew, ask for a drink from me, a woman of Samaria?” (For Jews have no dealings with Samaritans.) Jesus answered her, “If you knew the gift of God, and who it is that is saying to you, ‘Give me a drink,’ you would have asked him, and he would have given you living water.” The woman said to him, “Sir, you have nothing to draw water with, and the well is deep. Where do you get that living water? (John 4:9-11)
Vlad The Impaler impaled 20,000 people and raised them on poles—because he liked to hear the screaming (?). His descendants actually think that the Earth is over-populated.
Once the atrocities of individuals such as Idi Amin and Vlad The Impaler are described, you can use their names to represent an archetype of evil—metonymy.
Instead of saying, “He’s evil,” you can say, “He’s Vlad The Impaler,” or, “He’s Idi Amin.”
Some people think that the Creator God is evil because the Bible states those who love evil and reject the truth are going to spend eternity wailing and gnashing their teeth. Such people do not understand that injustice is evil, but justice is good.
Words are about definitions. When people understand the definitions, then you can terrorize them with words. This is why many people who have been programmed to understand the meaning of certain words are terrified when you use speech that is not politically correct, but think nothing of seeing a person being beheaded or a young boy or girl being raped by an unwashed grub with a runny nose, flyblown ears and suffering from a dose of gonorrhea. The politically correct “indoctrinates” do not understand evil actions and their consequences, only the definitions that they think are evil.
[The word “indoctrinates” is used as a noun to identify people who have been indoctrinated into an ideology or programmed to accept a certain viewpoint as correct—in this case, political correctness.]
