PEOPLE WANT LOVE BUT RUN FROM IT. People Want Joy But Would Rather Be Angry. People want peace, except they want to fight for it.

I want to be a Christian but it would require changing my entire personality, which I happen to like. How is it even possible without going insane?

I like the way I think, act, feel etc. it would require giving up all my natural education, socialization, everything.

Christians are called to enjoy the emotions love, joy and peace. The attitudes God desires for people to have towards others are those of patience, forgiveness, and generosity. The character God seeks to establish in those who seek Him are faithfulness, humility and self-control. So since you prefer to be something else, this is your choice. You prefer not being what God would have people enjoy. This is why have been given freewill.

Amazing how people are afraid of the very thing in life they are really seeking.
