ISLAM IS NOT THE CENTER OF THE WORLD AND NEITHER IS CHRISTIANITY IS THE CENTER OF THE WORLD; YOU ARE THE CENTER OF YOUR OWN WORLD. Mistakenly Individuals Misconstrue Faith With A Body Of Knowledge And Do Not Realize That Their Limited Understanding Is The Reason Why They Have No Hope Of Eternal Life An No Understanding Of What Faith Is Really. If people had a better understanding of themselves they would realize faith is the very attribute they possess that enables them to learn and act upon the knowledge that they have gained, not religion, but a reason why different searches for truth exist.

Firstly, when you talk of faith, what do you mean? Every person who is born possesses faith. Currently, there are over 7.5 billion people living on the Earth. This means there are 7.5 billion people who express faith in various beliefs about life using different actions.

The Bible teaches that faith without works is dead, and people need to mix the truth with faith.
  • Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. (James 2:17)
  • For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it. (Hebrews 4:2)
  • But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. (James 1:6)
The issue of faith is misunderstood, therefore, your question is really oxymoronic because of this fact. Faith is not a body of knowledge. Faith is wisdom in action. Just to know God exists, or to ponder the Creation, but not seek to discover the Creator is not an act of faith. Unfortunately too many would rather create a body of misinformation and then claim that this is faith. Even if people acknowledge the truth, this is not faith, unless they demonstrate the reality of it.

Faith is required to perform anything in life. If you do not believe you can do anything, you will never exercise faith. When you believe you can do something, faith is required for this to become a reality. The reason so many people are failures in life is because they do not exercise faith. The same applies to those who never discover the truth about the Lord God, Creator of the Universe.

The gospel message requires faith to be exercised if it is to be of any value to anybody. Those who are faithless are easy to recognize by their lack of authenticity. Since the Bible states that Jesus Christ rose from the dead, anyone who has not genuinely sought Him out, but claims He does not exist, cannot be speaking from authenticity.

Myself, having sought out Lord Jesus Christ, and having had Him appear to me, may mean nothing to yourself. For me, at the time it was very real. But what was my proof that this event ever happened? I had none, really. Well, that may have been the case, if I had not received the joy of salvation within my being. This joy still remains. Moreover, my life changed. My worldview changed. My reason for existence changed. But do I think Christianity is the center of the world? No.

Before I became a Christian, I was the center of the world. My world evolved around myself. Like every individual that is born, solipsism (absorption with oneself without consideration for the needs and desires of others—solipsism) is an inherent condition. When I became a Christian, the center of my universe changed to Lord God Almighty, Creator of the Universe.

Actually, Jesus Himself had some serious things to say about the religious people of His day who did not know Him, which also applies to the religious people of today:
  • You scribes and Pharisees will have trouble. You who are not true to yourselves! You travel over sea and land to win one person to believe what you believe. And when he believes, you make him twice as fit for hell as you are. (Matthew 23:15)
  • Yes, woe upon you hypocrites. For you go to all lengths to make one convert, and then turn him into twice the son of hell you are yourselves.(Matthew 23:15)
A set of beliefs does not cut it. A relationship that is intimate and more real than existence itself is what I now possess. Whether you find what I have, this is up to you. I merely acknowledge what I have found. Even though this may sound inconsiderate and uncompassionate, it is no skin of my neck, whether you find what I have found or not. But unlike beforehand, when I would try to convert a person into thinking in ways that were to my advantage, these days: I do not care. All an authentically changed person can really do is become a signpost to the truth and permit each person to exercise his or her own will, as to whether the direction is worthwhile taking.
  • This is how God showed his love for us. He sent his only Son into the world to give us life. This is love! We did not love God, but he loved us. And he sent his Son to be the sacrifice to pay for the wrong things we have done. (1 John 4:9-10)
In my case, the crux of the matter came down to three things: the need for an alternative other than the futility of only knowing death in the end; the injustice of suffering when not having asked to be born; the fact that people talk about love because they have a knowledge of it, but an inability to demonstrate it—and recognizing that I was no different.

Each one really must chew their own cud, if they are digest the truth of life.

The Center Of The World Is Yourself Unless You Find Out Who Is The Creator
