GOD IS THE CAUSE OF EVIL ACCORDING TO CALVINISTS WHO QUOTE ISAIAH 45:7 IN THE KJV. The Real Meaning Is More Like God Creates Disaster Or Woe. The difference between being the father of good and the father of evil requires a deeper understanding of evil than just using the term “evil” as a synonym for everything that causes discomfort.

Happy Riches, student of morality and existence
One of the most egregious claims made by the ignorati is that the Omniscient One is nothing but righteous in all His thoughts and actions, yet is the father of evil. Evil would not exist without a creator; therefore, the logic follows that the creator of evil must be the Creator of all Creation. Yet many do not believe in the Creator, except to scoff at those who claim to be more intelligent because they would not do evil.
Evil, of course, is defined by the Ten Commandments. It is the violation of trust between two parties. Evil is not the concocted variety of lawbreaking determined within the courts of human injustice, where partiality reigns to the extent that, depending on one’s political affiliation, free passes are given to the corrupt and devious.
Since evil is the violation of trust—the abuse of faith—only a fool would create evil, as this invalidates one’s own integrity. Being a false witness and a liar also invalidates one’s integrity. Whoever lies disqualifies themselves from being of sound mind and possessing any integrity, as that person is corrupt. Don’t worry; I am guilty of having lied, borne false witness, and committed many other evil deeds. Each of us is guilty of corrupting our integrity when we act naturally and think unrighteously, leading to unrighteous thoughts and actions. God the Creator, however, is not corrupt; He has not violated His own integrity.
God’s word is sure because there is no one else by whom He can provide an oath. If God’s word were not certain, we would not exist; Creation itself would not exist. Only a sure word of expectation that is definitive and exact in detail could bring forth the amazingly complex universe in which we all live. No creator would last long if he were a deranged individual acting in a despotic manner; instead, like a corrupt political party, he would become unable to function for the good of the people.
Jesus said that there was a father of lies (John 8:44). The Father of Lies is the one who deceives and influences each of us to act unrighteously, be partial, and debase ourselves by disqualifying our God-given right to uphold righteousness. Lacking the power to resist evil, we eventually succumb and believe the lie that our dishonesty does not matter, not realizing that we have just corrupted our own integrity. Think of this as rust finding its foothold in iron or oxidation within your body allowing candida to gain a foothold and produce a cancerous growth.
When we begin to grasp that the Universe functions upon sound principles, we deceive ourselves if we imagine that these principles were created by an unsound individual, whom we may as well call the Father of Lies. Only those who believe what the Father of Lies injects into their thoughts attribute evil to our Heavenly Father, the Lord God Almighty, in whom alone dwells immortality (1 Timothy 6:16).
Evil is the violation of faith—such as when you have faith that someone will not let you down, but they do. The first violation of faith originated with the first individual to believe the lie that corruption does not destroy one’s immortality.
Challenge the Creator and see who wins. Challenge the Judge who has the final say and see who laughs last. Challenge what is right and feel the ground beneath you begin to shift. The fact that graves are dug for those who die, so they can be buried and out of sight, correlates with the reality that those who do evil, rather than what is good, would rather hide than face the truth, as they cannot bear the thought of the shame when exposed. Fear grips many people in more ways than one. Fear is how politicians and the corrupt rule this world.
Why would the Infinite One, besides whom there is no other, and in whom we live and move and have our being, desire to do evil?
  • I am the Lord, and there is no other, besides me there is no God; I gird you, though you do not know me (Isaiah 45:5)
The only individual to have dishonored himself was the Father of Lies, who thought he could challenge the Creator of Life and live. Little did he know that what had not been seen prior to his violation of faith could come into existence, and an eternal abode would be prepared wherein emptiness and torment would be contained within the Infinite One for the rest of eternity. For if the Creator could create a space for the Universe to exist within Himself, creating a dark hellhole for the arrogant and ignorant would not be an impossibility; after all, it is just a hole—except one that is eternal.
