THERE IS SUPPOSEDLY ONLY ONE BIBLE AND ONLY ONE TRUTH, BUT THERE ARE MANY INTERPRETATIONS OF THE BIBLE EVEN THOUGH THE ONLY TRUTH REMAINS AND WILL NOT CHANGE. What Changes Are Being Made To The Truth Exist Because Of The Many Different Opinions People Have About What Is True And What Is False. Like looking in the mirror and believing something different to reality, opinions differ among people.

There is only one interpretation that is correct. This is expressed in words that state: I am the way, the truth and the life, no one can come to the Father except through me, therefore, without me you can do nothing, other than die in your sins.

Everybody interprets the world in which they live according to their own understanding. This is why atheists make absurd claims about the Creator not existing and insist that everyone ought to have a belief in something that happened millions of years ago, even though they have no proof. And don’t they remonstrate in vain—not having the power to overcome death.
If we are honest, we acknowledge that we first need to know something exists before we can understand that which we have come to have knowledge of existing. Without knowledge, we cannot understand; nor can we apply any wisdom in our lives.
Wisdom is "understood knowledge" applied to the benefit of the individual.
The Bible teaches (regardless of what version used) that those who obtain wisdom love themselves, and the beginning of wisdom is the fear of the Lord, which is the hatred of evil.
Any interpretation of the Bible that does not acknowledge that the Old Testament bears witness to Jesus Christ is false, as the Scripture states.
  • You search the scriptures, because you think that in them you have eternal life; and it is they that bear witness to me; yet you refuse to come to me that you may have life. (John 5:39-40 - RSV)
  • You search and investigate and pore over the Scriptures diligently, because you suppose and trust that you have eternal life through them. And these [very Scriptures] testify about Me! And still you are not willing [but refuse] to come to Me, so that you might have life. (AMPC)
Unless a person recognizes the evil in the world, and abhors participating in it, then that person is not interested in knowing Lord Jesus Christ. The person might do the self-righteous thing and learn all manner of doctrines and philosophy, but actually seeking out Lord Jesus Christ so that one can be baptized in the promised Holy Spirit, such an individual is too proud to be humble. Instead, the person will attempt to demonstrate superiority of knowledge by arrogantly making unwarranted claims of expertise, or by appealing to others who know more but are like-minded.
Ironically, some people do good works in the hope that, by so doing, they might earn their salvation rather than simply seek out the Only Person ever to have risen from the dead.
Then there are those who think they are saved, because they have been baptized in water, and do good works to demonstrate to everybody that they are saved and part of the elect, even though they do not know the resurrected Lord Jesus Christ and have not been baptized in the Holy Spirit.
Why the need for the Holy Spirit?
Jesus said that the Holy Spirit, who is the Spirit of Truth, will teach the truth to those who receive Him and walk in the way of Holiness.
  • But when the Counselor comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, he will bear witness to meJohn 15:26
  • When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth; for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come. (John 16:13)
  • And by this we may be sure that we know him, if we keep his commandments. He who says “I know him” but disobeys his commandments is a liar, and the truth is not in him; but whoever keeps his word, in him truly love for God is perfected. By this we may be sure that we are in him: he who says he abides in him ought to walk in the same way in which he walked. (1 John 2:3-6)
There is only one interpretation of the Bible that is the right one. This is where the truth of the resurrected Lord Jesus Christ is evidenced in the life of the person who claims to be a Christian, and the person is bearing witness to this fact, by walking in the same manner as their Savior walked.
Those who love doing their evil deeds, do not understand the fear of the Lord and, therefore, cannot possibly possess wisdom, no matter what they say.

TRUE SPIRITUALITY IS OFTEN THOUGHT TO BE MYSTICISM, WHEN IN FACT IT IS NOT; FOR IT INCORPORATES THE REASONING POWER OF THE MIND. Far Too Many People Are Mislead Too Far To The Left And Too Far To The Right And Become Agnostic About The Narrow Path, The Highway Of Holiness. The way to destruction is wide, but the way to understanding life requires our utmost attention and is not a chance event.

When a person interprets a given thing, this does not necessarily include analysis. Interpretation can simply be a matter of personal imagination and one’s opinion.
The term “analyze the Bible” does not sound very mystical, so for those who see spirituality as pure mysticism, the idea of analyzing the Bible would be a turn-off for them.

Contrary to popular belief, the Bible informs us through the prophet Isaiah that we are to seek God out, so that we can reason with Him. Many people, however, claim that we can only know God through revelation or intuition, but never through reason. Yet these same people will say that everything God does is for a purpose. So are we to believe, then, that God gave us the capacity to reason for no reason at all.
  • You shall not hate your brother in your heart, but you shall reason with your neighbor, lest you bear sin because of him. (Leviticus 19:17)
  • Hear now my reasoning, and listen to the pleadings of my lips. (Job 13:6)
  • “Come now, let us reason together,” says the Lord: “though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall become like wool.” (Isaiah 1:18)
  • But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, without uncertainty or insincerity. (James 3:17)
  • But these, like irrational animals, creatures of instinct, born to be caught and killed, reviling in matters of which they are ignorant, will be destroyed in the same destruction with them, (2 Peter 2:12)
  • But these men revile whatever they do not understand, and by those things that they know by instinct as irrational animals do, they are destroyed. (Jude 1:10)
Clearly, we have been given the capacity to reason and, unlike the irrational creatures of instinct, we have the ability to reason with God. Just because people do not see their salvation from death, a matter of life and death, this does not mean that they have not got the capacity to reason and are irrational creatures of instinct that are born to become food for other creatures in some form or the other—in the wild, even dead elephants are food for vultures.

People claim God does not exist. Yet these people, who make these claims, have never made their appeal to God a matter of life and death, if they have made an attempt to reason with Him. I did. God spoke. And immediately afterwards, Jesus appeared to me.

Now when I read the Bible, I look to see what it can offer me in direction, because I have come to learn that this is a written resource that God uses to instruct people who seek the truth, so they can learn what is required of them.

When it comes to hermeneutics (interpretation of the Bible), my approach is objective and analytical, not reductionist and based upon assumptions. Nevertheless, by using the Scriptures found in the Bible, to interpret the Scriptures within the Bible, and not relying on any assumption—that is usually prefaced with “I believe” or “We believe”—my approach is inductive and analytical, even if purportedly circular, according to claims of the myth-makers, who deny its truth.

The term “analyze the Bible” does not sound unspiritual. Rather, the real issue depends upon how a person approaches analysis of the Bible. If the person begins with an assumption that is false, then the analysis is not spiritual, the same as any hermeneutic using that assumption would be unspiritual.

True spirituality is about “spirit and truth” not whether horse manure or cow manure is better for making turd blossoms grow.
  • As for man, his days are like grass; he flourishes like a flower of the field; for the wind passes over it, and it is gone, and its place knows it no more. (Psalm 103:15-16)
Reality is about life and death, and what happens when a person dies because of what they did when they were living their temporal life on Earth. Any analysis of the Bible rejecting the truth that the prime concern of its pages is the violation of righteousness by men and women and the fact they live a futile life—having been born merely to die—may as well be delivered to the paddocks for the benefit of turd blossoms.

Seeking truth is different to seeking justification of one’s assumptions about life. When people overlook the obvious and then go on an analysis binge where reductionism is the rage to the detriment of the bigger picture, this is when people become fools who are fooled by their own foolishness.

A wise person nails the most pressing problem first, not last. For once the most important truth a person really needs to know is established, then one has eternity to do whatever one would like to do. As it happens, learning the purpose of the Omniscient One becomes the next wise course of action. Analyzing the Bible, using the natural method of inductive reasoning, reveals remarkable truths that keep being proven by archaeological finds and prophecy coming true.
  • You have been born anew, not of perishable seed but of imperishable, through the living and abiding word of God; for “All flesh is like grass and all its glory like the flower of grass. The grass withers, and the flower falls, but the word of the Lord abides for ever.” That word is the good news which was preached to you. (1 Peter 1:23-25)
Analyzing the Bible is not the same as interpreting the Bible, because a true analysis not based upon assumptions reveals truth, whereas interpretation, that is not exegetical and inductive, is based upon assumptions and eisegesis (human imagination and speculation as the basis of interpretation).

People Unable To Understand Earthly Truths Cannot Understand Spiritual Truths

INTERPRETING THE BIBLE VARIES ACCORDING TO THE METHOD USED. Many People Like To Pretend They Are Being Objective And Analytical When In Fact They Are Merely Seeking Means For Supporting Their Opinion. Tragically, many people confuse doctrines based upon false assumptions as truth because the methodology for justifying the falsehood appears to be correct.

Exegesis is usually defined along the lines of being critical analysis and explanation of religious text. In respect to the Bible, this includes the chronology, the cultural setting, the history, understanding the original language, and how that should be interpreted in the light of the progressive revelation of God’s message to mankind. There are distinctions to be made between exegesis, hermeneutics, exposition, and eisegesis.

Exegesis is the attempt to find the true meaning of a text. An exegete doing exegesis ought to approach a text without any bias and be willing to see what the chronological evaluation, the cultural setting and the language tools reveal in the light of the history associated with the particular book and its place within the Bible.

Hermeneutics is a method of interpretation that is applied to a text. There are quite a number of systematic applications that can be applied to a text to discover what is meant in relation to the message that is being conveyed by what has been written.
An expositor is somebody who takes the work of an exegete a little further and explains the significance of the text in today’s language and what it means for people today.

Eisegesis refers to what is commonly an easy way to interpret, by going with the flow according to a person’s opinion. Yet eisegesis is often presented as genuine exegesis. This occurs when an assertion has been made and then people use the literal-grammatical tools of exegesis to justify the worldview of that assertion.

Topical eisegesis, dogmatic eisegesis are two common forms of false exegesis.

Topical eisegesis begins when one looks up a word in a topical bible or a concordance and then begins to spout one’s own opinion using the texts that deal with the topic.

Dogmatic eisegesis occurs when someone develops what becomes church doctrine based upon an assertion and then exegesis is used to support the doctrine. Dogmatic eisegesis is often called dogmatic theology, but it is not biblical theology.

One set of doctrines that are clearly eisegesis are those known as TULIP. This group of teachings are assertions that have been made with every effort to support them from a exegetical model. Likewise, so is the doctrine of successive apostolic authority.

Exegesis and eisegesis differ in that the former is supposedly the laborious way of developing doctrine and eisegesis is the easy way of developing doctrine. They are comparable in their differences to deductive reasoning and inductive reasoning.

True exegesis is based on inductive reasoning whereupon the text under consideration reveals the truth about itself. False exegesis occurs when the text under consideration is interpreted in the light of assumptions already made.

Unfortunately, humans approach matters with a filter and interpret what is uncovered according to their existing worldview rather than allow that which is uncovered to teach them about the world.
